There is NOTHING in this whole life as rewarding as serving Jesus. Nothing. Being involved with your local church can be the most fulfilling time in your life. Volunteer for Vbs, or to be a camp chaperon. Attend the brotherhood breakfasts or ladies prayer group meetings. Get out, by yourself, go door to door, inviting others to come & be a part, too.
You never know when God will lead you right to the front door of a lost person that needs Jesus. And when they meet you at the door with a beer in hand or less than desirable language? Love them like Jesus. Assure them Jesus loves them & you would be excited to see them in church with you. . .
Then, when you see them walk in with their kids. . . Smile because God just used you to minister to a complete stranger, in just a 3 minute stop in their driveway with an open heart & open invitation. He does the rest.
Doesn't your heart just bubble over thinking about it???
