"Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and the latter rain. You also be patient, establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand" ~James 5:8~
The enemy is a copy-cat. Whatever God creates, satan tries to create a similar diversion. He wants us derailed from God's best. He wants us to give up waiting, give up believing in God's promise. He wants us to impatiently select his imitation, a phony.
But God's children know The Father's fruit is precious. We have tasted of His goodness enough to know it's well worth waiting for. "He has made everything beautiful in it's time"(Ecc 3:11). We have received the early rains as the seed of His blessing was planted. Now just listen as the latter rains approach.
Wait patiently. Establish your heart. Watch as God comes to deliver His precious fruit to you.
